BORJA RODRÍGUEZ GARFIAS
IKO Level 2 Instructor, (International Kite Organisation), graduate in Sciences of Physical Activity and Sport, having done a master’s degree in sailing. Pioneer of this sport in the Canary Islands, Judge and international competitor since 2006, among his best results we can highlight:
- 5th Best Trick in the world tour PKRA Tarifa 2007.
- 9th Surfing in the world tour PKRA Lanzarote 2011.
- 11th Freestyle in the world tour PKRA Portimao 2008.
- Spanish champion in Race in Tenerife 2011.
- 4th Freestyle in the spanish championship Sant Pere Pescador 2008.
- 5th Surfing in the spanish championship Lanzarote 2010.
- Canary champion several times.
Licensed also in management, international trade and marketing, speaks Spanish, English and French. He has been a swimmer for over 15 years, participating in many national championships and earning a 5th place as best result. With extensive experience in all types of water and sliding sports such as bodyboarding, surfing, padlesurf, windsurfing, sailing, wakeboarding and snowboarding. He loves sport and specially sliding and water sports. We can say that he was a fish in another life.

JULIO ROIG LOPEZ
IKO Instructor, graphic and interior designer, has worked as a qualified lifeguard for several years and speaks Spanish and English. He has been in the water over half his life making all kinds of sliding sports at the highest level such as bodyboarding, surfing, paddle surfing, windsurfing, wakeboarding and snowboarding. He had been held away from the competition world until 2011, when he made his first championship participating in the Canary Cup held on Vargas beach and got a 2nd place in strapless surfing, and 4 th in the overall standings, (with attachments), competing strapless … He is training hard to prove his worth in 2012 when we will see him in action in the Spanish and world Championship stage, we wish him luck.
